Gehlen Dabbs well-represented at recent seminar on Bankruptcy and Insolvency

April 22, 2016 - For the fifth year in a row, Geoffrey Dabbs chaired the recent Bankruptcy and Insolvency seminar for lawyers presented by the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C. (the educational arm of the B.C. Law Society). Geoffrey also spoke on general bankruptcy and insolvency concepts, while Gregory Gehlen spoke on priorities in insolvency.

May 7, 2016- Geoffrey Dabbs again chaired the recent semi- annual general meeting of the Co-operative Housing Federation of BC. Geoffrey has chaired CHF's annual and semi-annual meetings for much of the last eight years. 

Gregory Gehlen contributes insolvency chapter to Annual Review

January, 2016 - For the 15th year, Gregory Gehlen again contributed to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency chapter for the Annual Review of Law and Practicepublished by the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C. (the educational arm of the B.C. Law Society). The Annual Review is intended to give lawyers and other readers an overview of key developments and trends in B.C law from the previous year.
